In general, there are 3 basic tips to using the restroom. Not only are these common courtesy, but they should be used regardless of where you're at.
- Clean Your Mess
If you make a mess, clean it! It's not someone else's responsibility, so don't be that person!
- Always Be Hygienic
Always wash your hands afterwards and just be hygienic. If not, it's gross and spreads germs.
- Respect Other's Rights
Let people do their business in peace. Don't be the person who barges in or tries to start up a conversation.
Workplaces always have a bunch of people. Make sure you implement these dos and don'ts so everyone can comfortably use the restroom at work!
Lock the Stall
When you go into a stall, remember to lock it. This lets others know you're in there and it will stop people from busting in on you!
Space Out Urinals
If you're a guy, DON'T use the urinal directly beside another guy. This is just creepy and disrespectful.
Stand Close to the Urinal
Make sure you stand close to the urinal. This isn't basketball so don't try to get it in from a distance.
Ladies, stay sitting for the entire ride! You really don't want to have to clean up that mess.
Don't Forget to Flush
Flush after every use. Leaving something in the toilet is gross and rude.
Clean Up Your Mess

Stay off your phone! This isn't your personal toilet and others need to go too!

Do your business and leave. Don't waste time and just hang out.

If you can, pee on solid objects, like rocks or trees. They will break down easier and quicker than peeing on the ground!
Leave Used Toilet Paper
Don't leave used toilet paper on the ground or in the grass. Always pick it up and throw it away!
Throw Away Used Diapers
